SERC-Sustainable Energy Resources for Consumers Program
About the Program
The Town of Vinton, Roanoke County, and Total Action Against Poverty (TAP) Roanoke through TAP's Weatherization Assistance Program are pleased to invite your participation in the Sustainable Energy Resources for Consumers (SERC) Program.

SERC (Sustainable Energy Resources for Consumers) provides homeowners with the most advanced energy efficiency and renewable energy systems available.  We are featuring technologies that perform well in cold climates and also lower heating/cooling bills.  Certain owner-occupied homes in the Town of Vinton are eligible for SERC.  There will be a focus on the Midway neighborhood in Vinton.

You can read more about the program here.

The SERC program is being coordinated through Total Action Against Poverty (TAP) Roanoke.
