Expanding or Relocating? The Vinton Economic Development Office's goal is to facilitate business growth and opportunities in our community. As a part of our outreach program, we now provide listing services for qualifying Industrial/Commercial properties as a service to our friends and neighbors who are already part of our community.

Expanding businesses are able to access necessary data to determine the best sites and buildings for growing their operations, and our Business Development Team can provide the same exceptional services to businesses whether they are relocating from out of state or expanding their businesses right here in the Roanoke Valley.

To get your commercial site or building listed on the economic development website, please download the Town of Vinton Available Site/Building form, complete it, and then return it via fax to (540) 983-0626 

Please include photos, floor plans, and aerials if possible (Preferably in jpg. format).
