If you are moving and wish to open or close an account, please contact us at (540) 983-0608. Water can usually be turned on or off within two working days.
On the day your water is scheduled to be turned on, make sure all faucets and spigots are off. Service cannot be turned off at the meter if water appears to be running on the property.
There is a $25 fee to open an account. Effective November 1, 2012, residential customers who lease or rent their property will be required to make a $100.00 deposit before a utility account can be established.
