  1. Vinton Police Advance Citizens' Academy

    September 17, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ 311 S. Pollard Street

    The 2012 session of the Vinton Police Advanced Citizen Academy will begin on September 17, 2012. This advanced academy will include training in First Aid and CPR, Defensive Tactics, and Crime Scene Investigations. The advanced academy will run for five consecutive weeks and will conclude with a graduation ceremony. If you are a recent graduate of the basic academy and are interested in participating in the advanced academy, please contact Sgt.
